How can I cancel my flight tickets?

A.

To cancel your tickets, simply follow the steps below:

    Log onto the website
    Click on the Customer Support link
    Click on Cancel Bookings button under the Flights section
    Enter the Booking ID corresponding to your booking and the Contact Number that you gave at the time of the booking.
    You can choose to cancel your entire booking or cancel any specific passengers or sectors in your booking after you log in.
    Please review the cancellation penalty and refund amount before you confirm to cancel the booking.
    The refund amount would reflect in the same account that was used to make the payment at the time of the booking.

You can also cancel your ticket(s) by logging into your account using your email id and password under the My Bookings section on the Custoemr Support page.

** We now also support cancellation of select international flights online.

I have booked a room. What happens next?

A.

Once you have booked a hotel, you will get a confirmation mail at the email ID given by you at the time of the booking. This confirmation mail is your hotel voucher whose print needs to be taken and shown at the hotel reception desk at the time of check in.

Which identity proofs are accepted?

A.

If you are an Indian Citizen you can use your Voter ID card, Driving License, Ration card or Passport, and your Visa/Passport if you are a Non-Resident/Foreign National.

What are cancellation policies for Holiday Packages ?

Cancellation Period  Percentage of Cancellation :

    From booking date till 15 days prior to departure - 30 % of Package Cost
    7 Days prior to departure                                   - 50% of Package Cost
    3 to 7 Days prior to departure                             - 75 % of Package Cost
    Less than 24 hrs to 3 Days prior to departure       - 100% of Package Cost

How can I change the date of my flight booking?

A.

Date Change may be permissible on your booking on payment of Airline Date Change Fee, Service Charges plus any fare difference that may exist between your original fare and the fare of the flight that you want to change to. The date change fees and Service Charges are printed on your E-Ticket. In several cases, the date change fees and the cancellation fees levied by the airline is the same and you could also cancel the ticket online and make a fresh booking at the same cost as that of doing a date change. Please note that date change may not be permitted on certain tickets.

You would need to get in touch with our Customer Care helpline to do any change of flights in your booking.

If you want to change your flight to a flight that is operated by another airline, you will need to cancel your existing booking and make a fresh booking. Please visit our Customer Support section to cancel your booking online. Our online cancellation service lets you cancel a part of your booking by selecting the passengers and sectors you wish to cancel or cancel your complete booking in quick time.

Can I use my card to make a booking in someone else's name?

A.

Yes, you can, but do make sure that under 'Traveller Name' you mention the name of the person who will be traveling. You are required to enter your name and your billing address while on the Payment Page.

I want to book online but don’t have any credit or debit cards. Can I still book online?

A.

You can still book your hotel online through Cash Cards, available in various denominations at many merchant establishments all over the country.

What happens if I am not carrying a copy of my E-Ticket to the airport?

A.

If you fail to carry a printout of your E-Ticket, you will need to go to the airline counter at the airport and request for an E-Ticket copy by providing the PNR number of your reservation. The PNR number ( You can find this unique number on the top  of your E-ticket.).
